Terms of Service
ULTRON Inbox Reader is a personal project operated by Oshea Spahr, separate from Anytime Smart Market LLC. It is designed to read commands from one owner-selected spreadsheet, is not offered as a public service, and its poller is not active.
Purpose and access
The planned integration reads owner-entered command rows from the single ULTRON-Command-Inbox spreadsheet and routes supported requests through ULTRON’s local queue and approval controls. There is no public account registration, customer-facing task execution, or public control interface.
Google access requires the account owner’s authorization. The app requests the drive.file scope. The staged poller is restricted in code to one selected spreadsheet and fixed read requests, but Google’s scope can allow modification of files authorized to the app. Do not authorize accounts or files that you do not control or have permission to use.
Use and limitations
Reports are informational summaries of system status. They may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable when a source service or publishing step fails. A report should not be treated as proof that an agent task, payment, marketplace action, or production operation has completed unless the report expressly records a verified result.
The inbox reader does not itself authorize spending, run inference, publish marketplace listings, contact customers, or unlock NOVA. Requests remain subject to queue authentication, duplicate protection, and separate approval safeguards.
Third-party services
The selected command spreadsheet is stored in the owner’s Google Drive and subject to Google’s applicable terms. A separate publisher identity is planned to write status reports to two fixed files. The owner may retrieve those reports through a connected third-party service, which is governed by that provider’s terms and settings.
Changes and contact
The operator may stop the integration and revoke its Google access. The operator is Oshea Spahr. For questions about Google sign-in or this project, use the User Support Email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen. No separate support mailbox is operated.
